About Our Boat
At Diamond Head Cruises, we prioritize quality over quantity.
Our 28-foot black-and-yellow high-speed adventure raft accommodates up to six guests, offering a more personal experience than larger tour boats.
Enjoy an exciting cruise along the Waikiki coastline with our experienced captain while taking in breathtaking ocean and city views.
Please use the restroom before boarding, as there is no restroom on the boat.
Parking
Paid parking is available at Kewalo Basin Harbor in Honolulu. Parking spaces may be limited, so we recommend arriving early. Taking an Uber or another rideshare service from your hotel is also a convenient option.
Arrival & Departure
Please arrive at the designated meeting point 30 minutes before your scheduled departure. Our tours depart on time. Late arrivals may miss the tour and may not be eligible for a refund.
Seasickness
Ocean conditions can vary, even when the waters around Waikiki appear calm. If you are prone to motion sickness, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider about preventive measures before your tour.
Weather-Related Cancellations:
Your safety is our priority. If unsafe weather or ocean conditions require us to cancel a tour, we will contact you by email, text message, or phone to discuss available options.
Cancellation Policy:
For bookings made directly with Diamond Head Cruises, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
For bookings made through third-party platforms, the cancellation and refund policies of the booking provider apply.
